Maintains an organized and safe work environment. 2. Compiles, organizes, and processes information for a department. Includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department records. 3. Provides department service to all customers. 4. Assures accuracy in identification of cardiac rhythms and communicates in a timely manner rhythm changes. Documents accurately cardiac rhythms. 5. Ability to prioritize, problem solve and communicate appropriately. 6. Performs value-added activities that result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction. 7. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. **Qualifications** _Education:_ + Minimum education requirement, high school graduate or graduate equivalent diplomas (GED). _Licensure:_ + BLS certification within 3 months of hire. _Experience:_ + No experience required. + Experience preferred commensurate with the job. _Professionalism/Growth:_ + Must have ability to perform general clerical and receptionist duties and carry out routine tasks accurately, following written and oral instruction. + Basic computer keyboard skills required. Medical terminology is desirable. + Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail. + Ability to see and hear in order to perform duties. + Must possess interpersonal skills to effectively work with employees, visitors and guests. + Ability to prioritize and organize work.
