Job Description:   **Arrhythmia Tech - Heart Rhythm Center - Mercy Medical Center - FT (Days)** **Description** GENERAL SUMMARY: Under supervision, performs transtelephonic pacemaker evaluations; applies event monitors and holter monitors; and performs clerical functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Conducts transtelephonic pacemaker follow upappointments, and documents into Paceart. + Troubleshoots transtelephonic pacemaker andremote ICD to resolve any technical problems. + Notifies an arrhythmia nurse of significantpatient complaints and/or arrhythmias. + Schedules pacemaker and remote ICD follow-upappointments and reschedules missed appointments. + Completes the billing and holter process. + Applies event and holter monitors, and completesrequired clerical duties.
